Cannot rearm Windows on 10.0.39 virtual machine

My 10.0.39 virtual machine, publish date (LCS created date May 28, 2024) is running Windows Server 2022 Datacenter Evaluation, which has expired. When I tried to rearm it with

slmgr /rearm

I got the following error message:

Error: 0xC004FE00 On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0xC004FE00' to display the error text.

So I did, and got

An error has occurred
