Hi
I understand that external vendors for the vendor collaboration module do not need an additional license. I have the following question: If I give additional permissions to the roles that the system brings to external vendors, I add a new privilege for inquiries Product receipt form (Procurement and sourcing / inquiries and reports / order posting / product receipt) (only read and nothing else), I need an additional license or I don't need a license either.

Every component you add to a users security role will trigger a license.
Depending on which components you add, the license could remain the same or increase. You can see the license of the security roles in the security configuration form, by pressing the "permissions" button.
I usually recommend to leave the standard roles untouched and instead create your own role if you need to add or remove parts of the role.

This question is difficult to answer. The licensing guide and terms of use can be explained in different ways. I would suggest to reach out to Microsoft for a confirmation before you might violate the license.
