    @Komi Siabi Yes we do have customization done internally on the system.

    When reading the infolog messages, the brand "ExFlow" is mentioned. This is a third-party ISV solution for invoice automation. You might contact the vendor, Signup Software for some assistance if you don't have customizations yourself.

    Hi Like Martin said, this is a bug.  Do you have any customization done internally on the system? If no what version are you on and when did the issue start?

    There seems to be a bug in a form part. If you're an end user, contact technical support in your company. If you're a developer, debug the problem to collect more information.
