How to Globally Disable Delete Record option via Security Role

Hi guys,

We are using AX Dynamics 2012 and we got confirmation from business users to Globally Disable "Delete Record" action on below path:

Accounts receivable > Common > Customers > All Customers

Current scenario is that we have created multiple privileges per Security Roles. Can you help us the proper (easiest) way to apply these changes? From what I initially thought is that we need to modify individual privileges to give "No Access" to Delete Record action.

    Hi M P,

    If you want to have users restricted on the customers table, you can use Override permissions on the Security roles and set the table access for the CustTable to 'Insert'.

    Then regardless of multiple privileges with various rights, the maximum access is Insert.

    How about limiting the access to the Delete record menu/button? Can that be possible?
