Power Automate flow to delete attached documents & audit history

Hi,

I need to create a power automate flow in order to anonymize data of leads and contacts. I am able to change fields but I am having trouble creating two additional steps:

1. I need to delete all documents attached to the lead / contact --> we are using sharepoint integration

2. I need to delete the audit history of the lead / contact as customer data might still be visible there --> I am able to get the table where the audits are stored but I am not able to delete them via transaction id and the delete a row step

Any ideas on how to implement the 2 steps?

Regards

Christian

    Hi Christian K,

You may use one of these

The second is tricky. I will try to share hints for it.

Let me know if I can provide you with more details.

    Thanks

    Hi,

thanks for the swift response. I am looking more for a step by step. I know I can use these actions but I cannot get it to work.

I was able to solve both points.

1: with Sharepoint and delete file command. It's a bit complicated to get the files

2: only possible after I uploaded a plug in msdyncrmworkflowtools.class.deleterecordaudithirstory. I just created a basic workflow with a condition to run it as needed.

Still surprised that Microsoft "ignores" DSGVO guidelines and does not offer out of the box easy solutions for this
