Trigger a plugin before ConvertQuoteToSalesOrder

Hi,

we have a plugin that activate a quote for us, we tried the WIN message but it doesn't work because the ConvertQuoteToSalesOrder comes before the WIN request.

how can we trigger a plugin on pre operation of ConvertQuoteToSalesOrder ? also if there is any workaround, I'm all interested

Hi Esteban,

Actually, we don't have the possibility to register a plugin in pre-operation of the ConvertQuoteToSalesOrder message. In fact, after checking the sdkmessagefilter table, it turns out that it is not possible to register plugins for this message.

The message ConvertSalesOrderToInvoice allows to register plugins. I can't understand why Microsoft chose to enable this feature for this message and not for ConvertQuoteToSAlesOrder.

In a CRM Online, we cannot update the sdkmessagefilter table to enable Custom Processing steps. I hope that the support will be able to do it for us.
