Word 2010 Macro and Global Template error with AX addin

Hello All,

We're using Dynamics AX 2012 and Office Pro Plus 2010 in the AX adding in Word and Excel. The plugin works fine with Excel but when I launch Work it give me about 5 prompts Warning about a macro error (first image below). After when i go to close Word I get another three macro errors similar to the ones I get when I launch the applications. Then it give me a final message asking to save the global template (second image), I always answer no. When i disable the plug in for Word, the application launch and close with out any error. Has anyone encountered this same issue or have a possible resolution to it?

    HI Wmonts,

    The warnings indicate there could be a setting to restrict executing macros or VB code. AX add-in is using that. Can you check if this setting is indeed causing the blocking?

    It was set to Disable all Macros with notification and moved it to  Enable all macros and checked Trust access to the VBA project object model. After a restart I'm still getting the same error.

    Unfortunately I don't have this experience, so I don't know how I can help you now. Have you already tried remove the software and re-install?
