NAV 2017: OCR Service from Lexmark

Hi,

We are trying to use the Lexmark Premium Subscription with line items processing to electronically manage our Purchase Invoices.

However, everytime when the create document function is used the following error message is stated: "cannot find a value for field Type of table Purchase Line in table Intermediate Data Import".

We have already tried several things, but we are not able to solve this error message.
Does someone have experience with using the Lexmark OCR service?

Jonathan, thank you for your suggestion.
We have already tried to look in to that, but without success.

Data Exchange Type is set as follows
    - Code = LEXMARK
    - Description = Standard Lexmark OCR Invoice exchange type
    - Data Exch. Def. Code = OCRINVOICE

Besides that we have used the default OCR Doc. Template NLDPO and we have also test it with GBRPO (with the enabled box checked)
With both templates we get the same error.

Our problem is that we are not able to look into the Template, to check if there is the error you have suggested.
Could you explain me how we can open and read the default templates as created by Navision

    goto /Departments/Administration/Application Setup/General/Data Exchange Definitions.

there check data exchange definition OCRINVOICE.

there check the lines settings and fields.

also export the data exchange definition (xml), check the content.

    Hi Anne,

For which company do you work?  a partner or an end user organisation ?  I am interested in reference sites in either NL or BE  for a client that wants to choose between using standard NAV functionality for purchase invoice scanning and approval (all the approvers are project managers and hence NAV users, so the license is already there) in comparison with either Document Capture (Continia) or White Vision where these last 2 3rd party products offer more functionality (not always needed) but also need additional license investment (and merging another add-on into the system).

    Kind regards, Hans
