Run button for Electronic Reporting

How enable Run Button in Electronic Reporting in Modelmapping, i can't Run Model because of disable fo Run Buton, Please Tell me How RUN button will be Enable, I Assign roles also going to System Administration, But Don't enable button Tell me how the button will enable with attach Screenshot

    I cannot see your screen shot.
     
    You cannot run a configuration with only a model, as it’s just data without any format behind it (i.e., there’s nothing to run). You need to run a configuration that includes a format instead.
     
    SysAdmin cannot get more permissions, it's essentially bypassing all security checks in F&O. So that's not why it's not enabled.
