Segment in RTM - Account and Parent Accounts

Hi all

I have a quick/problem question regarding the new Segment Builder in RTM, that I'm not able so solve.

How do I create a segment for contacts with a relation to an Account via Company Name, where thats Accounts child Account has a specific value on the Account record? It is possible in the Outbound Segment Builder, seeattached screenshoot, but I can't seem to create the same segment i RTM.

Hi MAVE,

If you only need to add a small number of contacts, it is recommended that you add them manually.

Real-time segmentation can only be built using related tables, with very limited path settings between tables.

If you want to add options you need to modify the relationship between tables, but the result may be contrary to your original intention.
