Creation of Picking List journal headers and lines via the use of classes and not insert method directly.

I need to create a production order picking list using x++ code and classes. I want to use classes like ProdJournalCreateBOM in order to handle the creation of the Picking list journal header and lines. Can someone please provide me some reference as to how and which methods I should use in order to accomplish this requirement. I tried looking for blogs and see how the standard is using it but it was not rewarding.
