Advance Bank Reconciliation Data Upgrade - missing statement data

Hi
 
We have been updated to 10.0.43
 
When we go into Bank reconciliation, select an open statement then Worksheet, we cannot see a new statement data on the left pane.  There aren't any filters on. If we select an old statement we can see the data .
 
Any ideas?

    Go to the Bank Statement Lines page (via "Imported Bank Statements") and verify that lines actually exist and are in an “Open” state

    Hi,
     
    • Ensure that the new statement lines exist and are in an "Open" state.
    • Ensure that the matching rules are correctly configured to recognize new statement data.
    • If your system was recently updated (e.g., to version 10.0.43), there may be changes affecting bank reconciliation behaviour. Check for any known issues or patches related to the update.
