Hi,
I have created omnichannel out of box chat widget. During connecting with an agent it's just showing agent's initials in a bubble, but rather than that i want to show agents profile picture. I checked in system user table "entityImage" column we have photos for agents, but it's not shwoing.

What changes i can do so that it'll show profile pictures.
I have the same question (2)

The OOB chat widget doesn’t automatically pull the agent’s entityimage field.
    • Microsoft provides the Omnichannel Widget SDK (JavaScript API).
    • With this, you can override the default rendering of the agent bubble and fetch the agent’s profile image (entityimage from SystemUser or Azure AD photo).
    • You would inject that into the widget’s UI.
you can see in attched link

Thanks @Daniyal Khaleel, for taking time out to answer the query. But we have tried this already and we stuck at one place i.e.
    1. When chat is transferred to an Agent, how will you get the agent user id. (After getting the actual guid of agent, you can query dataverse to fetch entityImage.)
2.When handoff is in process we should get to know and act accordingly. How to get this event or how do we know when handoff is happening so that we can fetch and update photo ?

If you are using the SDK. You can intercept the channel data where you can find the userid & name.
Checked the sample widget code and seen that in the middleware for the avatar the name is mapped and have seen the userid also in the channeldata while doing implementing something else.

Hope this helps you into a direction.
