Hi everybody.
It has been posible integrate two google applications (calendar and email) with AX 2012 in order to use functions like appointments, send quotations, send bills, etc?

I have the same question (0)AX is only supporting Microsoft Outlook integration out-of-the-box. For some parts of the system you may create custom code like sending e-mail via an SMTP provider through third-party services, but wherever an Outlook MAPI would be used you would have trouble with alternative mailing software. Just today another folk came with the requirement of integrating with Lotus Notes and now has problems. Same goes for calendar synchronization, project server integrations, etc.
There are threads similar to yours already which you may check, using the Search box above.

If the reason for not using Outlook is cost cutting, you are pretty much shooting yourself in the leg. Implementation cost and maintenance of integrating such services into AX is probably higher than getting a Volume License from Microsoft.
