What are the attributes you need for quota or order

Some fields are required as obligatory by the system. All the required fields will be requested by the system to be filled. Some other fields will be filled automatically by default values. Some others are empty by default, and you can choose by yourself to fill them or not. Check e.g. this How-to: msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh173328(v=nav.90).aspx .
Also, you most likely will face a need to setup correct Vendor/Customer posting groups and VAT posting groups. If you miss the setup, the system will inform you it is missing. Follow totovic.com/.../using-of-posting-groups for understanding and setup of posting groups.
