Hi Sumaira,
There are two ways to achieve your requirement:
The first is you can build your bot using the Bot framework and host it to any server like AWS or Azure and then on your opportunity form add the Iframe where you can call the bot URL through web resource.
But this is the old way of doing this. The best way now is using "Power Virtual Agents" they are new to Microsoft which you develop without using any code. They are super easy to build anyone can do it.
