Store Channel Profile

Hi All, 

How can we create store channel profile for an entity? I can see default, offline and other two channel profiles for different legal entity located in different countries. However, I want to set up completely new channel profile for an entity. 

Sorry, this might be a basic question - I am new to Dynamics 365 Retail and Commerce.
