I used a previous CRM that allowed tracking PM dates and generating WO for upcoming PMs. They also had an 'alert' or 'flag' that notified the FSE that other parts were also due. Example: Battery change date, filter change date, etc. I am not able to locate that information in the asset, does it exist in Dynamics 365?

    No OOB features in Field service app.
    Maybe you could configure in-app notification to achieve similar function:
    --Developers of model-driven apps can configure notifications to be displayed to app users as a toast or within the notification center.
