Payment Journal: Remittance Address Change

Hello All, 

I currently have a user who is unable to change the remittance address on a payment journal. Typically there is a drop down under the remittance tab that allows you to select the addresses listed under each vendor account. This remittance address field is greyed out and does not have a drop down. Her user roles mirror another user who is able to use this functionality. Any insight into troubleshooting this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Can you check the payment status of this line?

    Make sure it is set to 'none'.
