Rollup field query

Hi All,

I have custom entity and it contains From and To date fields and also a Rollupfield, which display sum of estimated revenue from opportunity which created in between selected from and to date. I have tried to do it with OOB rollup field but, i am not able to filter the opportunity records based on the date fields enter. Can anyone help me on this. It will be so nice.

Which date fields you'd like to filter opportunities with?

Hi NYA

In a custom entity I have 2 Date fields From and To.

I should get sum of Estimated Revenue in Total Income field from all the opportunity records created in between the given date.

I tried this using OOB rollup field, but i am not able to select the from and to attributes in query,

to filter the records based on the date value given. I hope i made it clear to you

Hi,

Please note, the Filters here show fields from the Opportunity. Your custom entity fields will not show here.

In other words, you can only compare with opportunity fields here (because the opportunity is selected as a related entity).

You cannot implement your requirement with the Rollup field.

You can use Microsoft Flow or Plugin for this purpose.
