Creating Alerts with Custom Satisfaction Metrics

Hello!

It seems that I am not able to create Alerts in Customer Voice using the Custom score Satisfaction Metric - I'm only able to use Alerts with standardized Satisfaction Metrics of NPS, Sentiment or CSAT.  Am I missing something?  Or is it the Alert functionality is not yet available for Custom score?
