Is there a way to add a list of question inside or attached to case incident ?

Do you have any suggestion  ?

    Hello Member,

    You can add your questions in the note of that case , so for every question you can create note.

    I am quite confused with the requirement here.. is questions a 1:N for the case?

    is it just fields within the case? is that part of creating the case properly?

    can you elaborate a bit more the requirement

    Hi Rodd,

    As Andrew mentioned below, you can create a custom entity called "Questions" and add your list of questions and associate it with the case entity that will work for your requirement.
