I have a need to write a workflow to create a contact from information in a lead form under specific situations when a lead is saved. Yes, we are all aware that this is part of the qualify process out of the box. There are times when our sales team would like to enforce creating the contact when the lead is saved anyway. It is not my decision to make and my opinion on it does not matter.
When I try to create the contact from the workflow, it will not allow me to access any of the fields in the contact form and the dynamic values are blank. I don't see any duplicate fields and I have tried disabling all business rules for the form. The page grays as it scrolls down. Has anyone seen why this occurs? None of the fields visible on the screenshot are able to be selected.
Just to update this, I lost access to my old account, so I'm replying with a new one. The issue here was permissions related. The admin rights were not carrying through properly due to something with group memberships in Azure AD. Giving the rights through the CE administration itself corrected the problem.
