Hi,

We installed a printer on POS system and created profile in Head Office and then executed Register and configuration jobs. The POS and the Profile assigned to Register have same Device name. No print is appearing for transactions except test print.

Same profile is working for all other POS systems. Any clue or idea why is it not working

Channel DB in HO store and Async client in POS and connected successfully. Jobs are being synced properly

Thanks for your response.

We are using AX 2012 with CU 12. Application version: 6.3.5000.1650 and POS on shops. Can you please be specific about Retail Architecture
