Scheduling board - Troubles with drag & drop

Hello everyone.
This is my first time posting here and I'm not to familiar with this forum, so I do apologize if there already is an answer to my questions.

I am currently setting up a scheduling system for one of my clients. I made quite a lot of workflows that create an appointment, resource requirement, in some cases directly a booking. Those workflows also synchronize the data between tables and enrich the records.

My problem is the following : in the case that my clients have to book themselves, they want to use the drag & drop function, but it mostly doesn't work, and gives me an error message 'Cannot find record to be updated'. After some research, I surmised that this error message is given when a workflows, action or plugin tries to access a record already open by another process (I could be wrong about that...).

So I ask you, have you ever had the same problem ? If so, do you know how to fix it ? If not, do you know how to access the processes that are used during the drag & drop scheduling ?

Thank you in advance.

    Hi Seb B,

This error should be caused by some plugin or workflow.
Based on your description, I think this is due to a workflow.

You can try to find out this workflow and if it is real-time please change it to background.

    Hi Seb,

I had this error and it's fixed by adding a privilege in a security role.

So, to know the exact error, can you please inspect the page, consult the console and give us a screen as shown in the figure below.

After reception of the screen, we can analyse the error message.

    Thank you for your responses.

I also believe that one of my workflows is interfering with the process, especially considering the fact that one triggers on creation of a bookableResourceBooking, and an other on update of some fields in bookableResourceBooking. Here are screenshot of my console when I try to book via drag and drop.

I didn't find anything useful from those logs but I'm not used to debugging like this in the power platform, so I probably missed something.

    Hi Seb,

If you deactivate your workflow, the error message is displaying ?

Can you try to deactivate your workflow and see if this error persist yet ?

    Thank you
