Hello all D365 experts,
I would like some advice on what would happen to my 365 instances both production and sandbox if all currently licensed users were unlicensed?
Would the instance remain active for a certain amount of time, or would it cease to exists immediately?

Hello Bren,
The unlicensed users, will not affect the Instances (Production or Sandbox), the instances will still be available. But if you will cancel the subscription/licensing plan or the subscription will expire, then the instance will become unavailable. It will be disabled.
