We are using Extended Pricing and are currently running a promotion. This works well for people taking the orders because it applies the promotional price for the item instead of having to manually override the standard price. The only problem is that for every item that there is a promotional price applied, the Promotion Alert window pops up for you to accept the new pricing. This is extremely inefficient when trying to take an order over the phone. Is there any way to keep this window from popping up?
