Hi Guys,
I have FG item with multi level BOM for which i have run planned cost and standard cost but i got cost variance in both the version.
Can anyone help?

Can you share details of the variance that you see?
How and where did you run the planned and standard cost calculations?
What is your expectation that the costs are identical?
Would be great if you could provide some additional information.

Variances come from transactions - and transactions don't use planned cost so I am not clear what you mean - is this to do with a production order and comparison with BOM cost, estimated order cost, and actual cost?
There are many reasons why you may have variances - please provide more information of e.g what you expected, and what are the variances - are all components of the FG item also standard cost, have any component costs been updated since the FG BOM was last cost rolled, did you make the standard costed quantity........
