One of my users can no longer access the timeline when viewing accounts. They only get an error: "You do not have permission to access these records. Contact your administrator for help."
On checking over this, I as an Admin login am getting: "An unexpected error occurred."
I have checked security roles, and not only are they set properly, I added full read-write access to the roll the user is in after trying to fix this. On top of this, I am the only administrator, and I have done absolutely no messing with role rights before now, and this user has been fully able to access everything for their entire time working here.
