    1. You clearly forgot to look into the documentation, despite the fact that I gave you a direct link. Let me quote first two sentences: Azure Blob storage is a service that stores unstructured data in the cloud as objects/blobs. Blob storage can store any type of text or binary data, such as a document, media file, or application installer.
    2. Users use the paperclip icon in top right corner of the AX windows (Ctrl+Shift+A). Try it by yourself to see how it works; you'll notice that implementation details such as where files are stored is completely hidden from users.

    Thanks Martin,

    i have still doubts.

    1. In blob storage what kind of files are stored?

    2. In document handling from where user attach docs? means where user going to put files for attch docs.

    Thanks!

Users use the AX form to attach documents; they neither know nor care which kind of storage the application uses under the hood.

    Thanks Martin,

As attachment shall we store files for document handling and .csv files for importing data in to table?

Please give me more shed on this.

    Thanks!

Blob storage is one of several ways for storing data in Azure. You can learn more about it, as expected, in Azure documentation.

Dynamics 365 for Operations utilizes blob storage for some files (attachments, files generated for data export and so on), so they don't unnecessarily inflate the size of the Azure SQL database.
