In Review text in Overview section appears with "< p >" at the beginning and in the end

Hi all,
Performance mngt.
The employee creates Goal, adds some text to the Overview

and then he adds it to the Review.
after that the text from the Overview section is displayed with <p> at the beginning and in the end of the text

and it appears on the different environments.
Somebody knows why it appears, or maybe this is the global issue?

    Hi,
     
    When using the rich text editor the data is stored as HTML. The coding <p> is used to indicate the start of a paragraph where </p> is the end in HTML.
    On the second screenshot, I think the control used is a text control and not a HTML control causing this behavior.
