Unable to choose a question when I select NPS as a satisfaction metric

Hi Team,

I am trying to build an NPS survey. I have a generic question - How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague? - The scale Is from 1-10 as usual.

When I go to Customisation > Satisfaction metrics > I do not get the option to select this question. It is only happening with the NPS metric.

Could you please help?

Regards,

We discovered exactly the same thing this morning - thanks for the response. (I'm new to CV and it's taking a bit of getting used to. All good fun, though)

    Hi David,

Yes - I found out what i was doing wrong.  When creating the survey, and when you add a new question, - you have to select a 'Net Promoter Score' as the question type. (it may be hidden so press the down arrow button to show the full list of question types)

once this is in your survey, you will be able to select it as a satisfaction metric.

    Hi Urmi

Did you get an answer to this?  I have the exact same problem.
