Is it possible to change the Management Reporter Language?

If you refer to the general setup and appearance of the Management Reporter the answer is yes as there are numerous language packs available.

If your question refers to switching the language of a report that includes e.g. English language descriptions to Spanish language descriptions, the answer is no. Management Reporter cannot switch languages on row/column structures. To achieve that you would have to setup multiple row/column structures.

I would like to double check if your response from 2015 is still valid - there is still no option to provide reports with translation to local language?
example - I have D365 system language setup as 'en(US)' and also MainAccounts have their names in english (and translation to 'cs' is applied). If I switch in user settings to cs (for example), I can still see MainAccount names in MR reports/extracts only in english, nothing is translated to 'cs' language. Thanks for info if there is any option to change language for MainAccount names in MR.

It is still the same in MR.
You can create multiple MR reports with different - manually entered - lines and texts but there is no automatic translation feature available.
