Dear All,
Please suggest the steps for Creating/Acquiring the Fixed Assets from the Ledger. Ex We already debited the Amount to a Ledger called CWIP through PO and now asset should capitalize. Please provide the stpes.

Hi Zuresh,
In this case you can create the asset with the needed value book(s). You can fill the acquisition value in the asset book.
Then create a fixed asset journal and create an Acquisition proposal. The new asset should appear with the acquisition value. You can fill the offset account with the CWIP ledger account.
Check the journal (namely the Date) and post it.
