Sales line accedental deletion

A sales line was deleted by mistakte from a an open sales order. This particular sales line is marked up with multiple production orders and was partially deliverd and invoiced multiple times, and there is a remaining quantity that is yet to be delivered and invoiced.

What is the best way to address this problem?

What's the effect of deleting the sales line on different tables?

is it okay to restore the sales line data from preivous backup?

if yes what, are the related tables lines to be restored along with the sales line data?

Step1:

Restore SalesLine record from your Latest Backup Database (You should have already restored Latest Backup with different database-name or in different server/environment)

Step2:

In AOT, you will find SalesLine Table's related Cascade-Delete Tables list

Goto AOT >> Data Dictionary >> Tables >> SalesLine >> DeleteActions

For Ex:

1. CustVendCreditInvoicingLine

2. MarkupTrans

3. DocuRef

According to these tables' relationship, check and restore particular related records if there was any related-data exists in backup-database
