Error while Trying to Approve Workflow - Purchase requisition PR0000XX: Distribution errors Stack trace: The company does not exist.

Good Day Dynamics Community,

Our client is receiving this error while trying to approve (Complete) a PR workflow, 'Purchase requisition PR0000XX: Distribution errors  Stack trace: The company does not exist.'.

Has anyone seen this before? It looks like two errors in one error message; 1. Distribution errors, and 2. Stack trace: The company does not exist.

I won't have access to their environment until tomorrow (maybe) so hoping someone has seen this before.

Any ideas/suggestions greatly appreciated.

    Hi KDS,

    At least you first have to check if there is a valid buying legal entity on all the lines. Does the user who approved it also have access to this legal entity? Are other users also facing the same issue?

    Thank you again for your helpful advice.

    The user did not have access to the legal entity (they also had some internal process), but that was the problem and our client corrected it internally.
