Microsoft Dynamic 365 - Is there an existing relationship for the approval entities

Hi,

I notice that my solution contains 3 approval entities. I wanted to know if anyone has been able to use an existing custom entities relationships with the approval entities or do I have to create my own relationships. If so, please show example.

Is this a custom entity that you have created or does it belong to a specific Microsoft solution?

It would be much helpful if you can share with us the logical name of this "Approval" entity. You can do that if you click on the entity name on the left pane and then check the "Name", for example:

Kindly share a screenshot of this name.

I also understand that you are trying to build relationships between Approval entity and other custom entities that you have in your environment.

If you expand the entity and click on the relationship type, do you see the relationship between the approval entity and your required custom entity?
If you don't find it, are you facing any errors when trying to create this relationship?

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for responding.

I am using on-line. The 3 entities were created by CRM.

The entity is

The approval entity has no knowledge on what entity is creating the approval.

So I have started creating a flow that will update the Name field in the approval entity. That field is always empty.

I have not been able to find a standard way on how to create a relationship between my custom entity and the approval entity.

What I am thinking about doing is creating a CustomName_Approval entity that would be used as a "intersect" N:N relationship.

Would this be a good ideal?
