Hello all,

I have an issue whereby I have my data contain a company info in CDS. But when I display it in Canvas App, while the field being added automatically, the combo box of this company is empty. How to make this combo box displaying what recorded in the table ?

The setting of the DataCard (added automatic when select the field) is like this :

however this doesn't display what's in my existing data record.

Btw, I'm using Canvas App which embed in Model driven, so the Form's data source it self, is with this setting :

Please help.

Thanks

    Hello guys,

Just to add, this behavior only happened when I "Play" my model-driven app, as this canvas app embed into its form. However during editing in Power Apps Studio, the existing information able to display correctly.

Any help and advice would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi guys,

    A few updates here.

It seems like the issue is when I open this canvas app from model driven. The combo box could not display what already in database (CDS), while if I open in from Power App Studio, it can.

    Just like this :

    from model-driven app

    in Power Apps studio

    Anyone ever experience this ?

    Thanks
