Embedded marketing form on external site shows domain error message

Hello

I have a marketing form that has been embedded on an external webpage (wordpress based). The domain and form hosting are all verified. I can see the form on desktop using chrome browse and using google chorme on mobile, but not in Edge. My colleges can not see anything.

They see this error implying the form embedded might not be enlisted ad a domain record for extrernally hosted forms. The domain used is innofactor.nu.

I don't understand why it works for some but not everyone. The second part of the error message mentions brower extensions and plugins. Does anyone know how to solve this?

    We are experiencing this issue as well. The domain has been verified for hosting forms but we are still getting the domain error message.
     
    I have confirmed that the domain is configured to load with https, so the solution offered below won't work.
     
    Anyone else running into issue publish a form to an external website with real-time forms?

    Hi Shelley,

    The problem here is that your domain serves unsecured page by default:

    http://www.innofactor.nu/

    Please change your domain config so the secured page is served by default:

    https://www.innofactor.nu/

    If you use the secured page (with HTTPS) the form will load: https://www.innofactor.nu/
