Hi,
I posted this on the Yammer Field Service group but there hasn't been much activity on that site lately so I thought I'd post it here as well.
I'm wondering if someone can help me out regarding the IOS app for field service. We've installed it as per microsoft documents, however were getting a LICENCE: EXPIRED dialog when we try to sync our devices. It's as if the demo mode has expired. I was under the impression that the Woodford licence was included with the Field Service license rights. What is the best course of action?

Don't worry :)
It means that the Woodford licnese has been expired. Once the Woodford solution is installed into a Dynamics 365 org, there is a 30-day trial period that begins. When that trial period expires, you will not be able to access the Woodford configuration tool for that org. Then you have to request the license activation from Microsoft. In order to do that you have to open a ticket in Microsoft (they will answer quickly). So see the following link in order to find out how to activate it.
