Description Values Instead of Code Values

On the employee card in HR & Payroll module of GP 2013 one user is seeing the description data instead of the code data on fields. For instance the Division field has the value of 103 but the description for division 103 is being shown instead of 103. This only occurs on one user, which leads me to believe it is related to a user setting, bit I have been unable to find any information on such a case.

Hi Jason,

Login with the User ID to whom the Description is displayed instead of Codes, Go To User Preferences (Microsoft Dynamics GP >> User Preferences) and Click on HR button.

In HR User Preferences window, you will find Organizational Display option, which decides to display Code or Description for that particular user.

Please note that the HR Button on User Preferences window will be available only when you registered Human Resources Management module.
