    Why do you need that?

A voucher that was posted once cannot be modified/deleted.

Also note that you have the audit trial form available from the voucher form, which gives you a time stamp when a transaction was recorded.

I don't see the necessity to modify something here.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Trunganh,

What is your exact question here? Can you rephrase it?

I would like to know that any setup in D365 that affects these two columns as some users face issue that the modified date and time are recorded wrongly. As it would be shown as date from long time ago ( xx/xx/2017 or xx/xx/2019) while the voucher transaction is created by today (the created date and time is correct but the modified date and time is wrong)

I understood that the voucher once posted, it cannot be modified or deleted, however the modified date and time supposed to recorded at the same date as the created date and time, am I correct?

    Hello Trunganh,

Please get into the add columns form to check where the modified date and time column comes from.

The OOB field does not have the modified date and time column which belongs to general ledger entry table, it should be the record of other tables.

    Hi Mattguo,

I know we can add the column from table but I want to know what is the setup for the date under that Modified date and time table

There is no setup for the Modified date and time. System will automatically records it once the data is changed.

Do you check if the column of created and modified date and time come from same table?

    Hello trunganah,

I wonder what the modification that is indicated by the modified date/time field is related to.

Do you know whether there is a modification implemented that might be responsible for this?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Trunganah,

Like mentioned above, the fields are automatically populated. This is done by the kernel. If you don't have any customizations and not aware of any data correction job on SQL level, I would suggest to create a ticket for Microsoft Support. It shouldn't be possible to have a created date after the modified date.
