Hello everyone
We have already deployed Vendor Collaboration Portal for our customers. Currently, we are facing an issue with vendor user log-in.
Our process to invite new vendor users is as below:
1. Create a contact in D365
2. Provision Vendor user by Standard workflow
3. Add vendor user email into AzureAD as a Guest account and have an email invitation for the vendor.
However, we have trouble with the vendor email user domain which was not Office365, Microsoft, outlook...When vendor user try to access the Portal with their email, the Portal always prompt the error

I guess Microsoft preventing other domains even though we already add into Azure.
Do you have any idea to allow any domain can log in Vendor Portal
