I am Facing Problem GP Record Master when I post any entry and add notes when open notes tab Notes auto fill old entry Notes
Anyone idea how to fix this problem

Sounds like your NOTEINDX values in your company database are of of sync with what is in the DYNAMICS database for your company. Look around for the NOTEFIX utility for your version of GP.
I agree with what Richard stated, it sounds like you need to find and use the NoteFix tool to get the note indexes back in sync with the system database numbers.
The NoteFix utility was actually last updated around the GP 2010/GP 2013 timeline, but the scripts and tools should still work for newer versions of Dynamics GP.
