Hi,
We are using Dynamics CRM 2016 On-Prem and Sharepoint 2010 On-Prem.
Users can't view locations or add new locations since few days when trying to add documents to new opportunities.
But, they can view the locations and even attach new documents to the existing opportunities.
I'm not so familiar with Dynamics CRM. Can you please suggest what could be the reason for this?

First, the user had a browser issue. Also, the account I tested did not have the privilege to write on the Sharepoint site.
Has a folder related to the new opportunity record been created on the SharePoint site?
Users who do not have edit permission to the SharePoint site will not be able to create folders, so any new attempt to upload a file to an opportunity record will fail.
Try to see if the same thing happens for users who have edit permissions on the SharePoint site.
