Can you filter the start date column in Time-off requests?

Hi community,

Is it possible to filter the start date column in time off requests.

Currently, if our payroll wants to view a particular month that people will be away there is no way to filter this on the start date column. Is this possible?

I know I can open up the leave request v2 document and filter the year and month, but surely there is an easier and more user friendly way to do this?

Check whether you can make use of "Advance filter and sorting option" on the form.

Thank you for you swift reply.

I just checked the time off page and there seems to be no advanced filtering section under page options.

There is a filter section on the left - but no option for start date.

Would you have any other suggestions?

On that filter screen - You can click on Add button - After that form will display all the available fields.

See your start date field is showing or not. Also this filter will clear up after refreshing the url.

Can you confirm that start date is a table level field or a display method?

Right click on the start date form control - Form information - Click on Form name: - Now you will be able to see the new dialog form opened - On the Administration tab - Check the Data field text box value.

Then its display method - If its display method then you will not be able to filter that field.

If you need filter means then you need to change that to table level fields.
