email a link of multiple record

hello

I want to send 10 records through email a link feature

but when I mark the 10 records and click on the feature it shows me this error message:

I very need your help

String Length Too Long

You have exceeded the maximum number of 2020 characters in this field.

Error code: 0x80044331Session Id: c1dfeffc-5f09-4868-9a9a-e00bbb363b7cActivity Id: 1a330a1a-7aee-4041-af04-3ecce591a2baTime: Thu May 11 2023 12:43:09 GMT+0300

I need to mention that if I mark 11 records it give this error

Hi,

It seems that you can only select less than ten records at the same time which I think is by designed.

You can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.

Ideas (dynamics.com)

Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.
