Hello Everyone!
I have been migrating (using the Microsoft tool) Dynamics 365 Guides projects from one account to another under the same tenant without facing any issues.
Today I tried to migrate a project between accounts from different tenants, both having a guides trial working on them. I got faced with the following error in my migration tool:
Error: Instance 'Guides Trial - unqxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' has a version not compatible with 'Guides Trial - unqyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy'. Major and minor version must match to be supported.
Some help would be appreciated seeing that the trial is ending soon.
