Opportunity: Update "close as lost" "status reason"

I use sales professional, I am trying to update the opportunity form "close as lost" "status reason" section to list customized options for our organization, but I cannot locate where on make.powerapps.com I access this update field. When I go to "opportunities form" it only displays the sections for a new opportunity, but not the fields for an existing opportunity. I need to be able to edit the fields for an existing opportunity. Can anyone assist?

Also, When we complete the "description" field in the same location, we can't seem to locate where that data goes when we display our views or run our reports. Can anyone assist?

Hello Karen,

You can look for the field under https://make.powerapps.com/ Solution -> Tables -> Opportunity -> Columns -> Status Reason and change the value as expected.
