I use Customer Service Hub in the Cloud, which is what my CRM turned into. I am an Admin for Microsoft 365. I have another user in my work domain who has access to Customer Service Hub, but he can't see my accounts, cases, or KB Articles. I would like to share these with him, because we work together on all projects. Is their an Admin tab for Customer Service Hub where I can do this? If not, is there another way to give him access?
